Hello World
Hello World, I am Abhishek, and I will write this blog as if I were writing a letter to one of my loved ones. I am a 90's kid....
In 2011, when we started, the startup culture wasn't thriving, nor were there many words of encouragement. However, the idea was to help local businesses in India gain a global competitive edge with the software we wrote. It has been a learning experience, and the world that was India for us never made it easy. We were a bunch of engineering graduates out of work, driven by the whim to start something meaningful. They don't teach you sales in engineering colleges, but they do teach you a lot of patience and resilience.
It has been almost 14 years since I have been part of companies where I got to work and learn with very sharp, talented, and forgiving people around us. The learnings were real, and the customers were real, though it was not easy, and nothing comes easy. It has been more than a decade now, and we work with some of the biggest companies in India and partner with some of the global companies with a good equity in the market, be it manufacturing, retail, aviation, managing customers, or managing processes. The product that I created, just a concept sitting in my bedroom while I was doing engineering, has seen new generations and been adapted well. Nothing is perfect, but then it also means there is always scope to improvise, and we do that.
As for what the future holds, when the future is bright, and the future is young, and the future is looking forward towards the world, this future seems to have challenges but also opportunities in this world. While we talk about the India story, as India's story unfolds, I want to be a part of it, not just as a spectator but as an active contributor who does good work for the customers that helps them achieve faster success. In fact, that is what the intent is, and that is how it should be. So, wish me luck as I will be part of the learning with you, going to be part of the success story that my customers or my team share.
And it is a time, or that is the moment that I live for.
Signing off,
Abhishek Singh
